It’s your fault you didn’t tell us to not take your money, you should of read the 2 emails warning you that we were going to take your money. HubbleConnected’s Relpy summed up: Sorry you’re frustrated. This is a predatory business, you should not give them your money… they will keep it if you like it or not. I looked at the email and the sender is labeled “no reply” just like the hundreds of emails people get from company’s that spam emails which is probably why I over looked it. They pretty much said it was my fault since they sent me an email saying it was going to renew. They told me that it’s too late and it’s against their policy to refund me even though I want to cancel and not use another year of service. I contacted customer service immediately and requested a cancellation and a refund. I didn’t realize that until I was charged $150 for another year that I don’t plan on using.
